What does "Made to Order" mean? Every Born To RIP piece is produced specifically for you the moment you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. This means less waste, intentional production, and a piece made just for you.
How long until I receive my order? Production takes [3–7] business days, plus [5–10] business days for shipping depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I cancel or modify my order? Because production starts almost immediately, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 6 hours of purchase. Email us at btrip.contact@gmail.com with your order number ASAP.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? All items are made to order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or change of mind. Please check the Size Guide on each product page carefully before ordering — when in doubt between two sizes, size up.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? We've got you. Email btrip.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement at no cost if it's a confirmed production error.

Why do garments vary slightly? Each piece is printed and finished individually. Slight variations in print placement or wash tone are part of the made-to-order character — no two pieces are exactly identical.
