- Order status: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your piece ships. Remember every item is made to order — production takes [3–7] business days.
- Sizing help: Check the Size Guide on each product page. Still unsure? Send us your usual size and measurements and we'll recommend the right fit before you order.
- Damaged or incorrect item:Â Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a photo of the garment tag. See our [Shipping & Returns] page.
- Cancellations: Only possible within 12 hours of purchase — email us ASAP with your order number in the subject line.
