Made to order

Every piece is produced after you place your order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then your order ships with tracking.

Delivery times

• Puerto Rico and the United States: most orders arrive in 7 to 14 days from the day you order. Some items can take up to 3 weeks.
• International: usually 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs.

Items from the same order may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost for your order, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay. Look for current free shipping offers on our site.

Where we ship

We ship to Puerto Rico, the United States and many countries worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
