1. About us

This website, borntorip.com, is operated by Born To Rip Co. ("Born to RIP", "we", "us"), based in Puerto Rico. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products

Our products are made to order. We do our best to show colors, prints and fit accurately, but colors can look slightly different on screens and small variations in print placement can occur. Size charts are provided on each product page.

Some of our campaign and product images are created with digital (AI-generated) models and settings. The clothing shown represents the real products we sell. Our customer reviews come only from real customers.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, products or offers at any time. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing or product error, suspected fraud, or if we cannot fulfill it. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.

5. Discount codes and promotions

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, are limited to one per order, have no cash value, and may expire or be limited in number of uses. Each promotion may have its own conditions, which will be shown with the offer.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, names, logos, graphics, images and text on this site belong to Born To Rip Co. or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written consent.

8. User content

If you tag us or send us photos, we will ask for your permission before sharing them on our channels.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Born To Rip Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law.
